The service

Kash provides personal and household finance tools: transaction tracking, goals, reports, AI-assisted entry, budgeting chat, and optional Plus membership features.

Features may change; we strive to keep core bookkeeping available on the Free plan as described on the pricing page.

Kash is not a bank, broker, tax advisor, or licensed financial planner. Outputs are informational only.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk.

Subscriptions & payments

Plus plans and AI add-on packs are sold via Creem checkout links. Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD.

We do not solicit, accept, or fulfill paid subscriptions from persons or payment methods associated with sanctioned, embargoed, or otherwise restricted jurisdictions. Any payment we discover to be prohibited may be rejected, reversed, or left unfulfilled without liability to you.

Entitlements typically apply within about a minute after successful payment via webhook; refresh if status lags.

Refunds and cancellations follow Creem and our support policy—contact support@919145.xyz for billing help.

Sanctions, export controls & restricted regions

You may not use Kash if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, a citizen or national of, or organized under the laws of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or similar restrictions (including programs administered by the U.S., EU, UK, UN, or other authorities), or any territory we designate as unavailable due to sanctions, export-control, or political risk—including disputed areas where we do not intend to offer service.

You represent and warrant that you are not on any denied-party, restricted, or sanctions list; that you will not use the service on behalf of any such person or entity; and that your use complies with all applicable export-control, sanctions, and anti-boycott laws.

We may refuse registration, block access, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel subscriptions, withhold features, and delete data—at any time, with or without notice—if we believe you are in a restricted region, misrepresented your location, or pose a compliance risk. We owe no duty to you in such cases.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY—CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE—FOR ANY ACCESS, USE, DATA LOSS, PAYMENT, OR HARM ARISING FROM (i) USE IN OR FROM A RESTRICTED JURISDICTION, (ii) VIOLATION OF SANCTIONS OR EXPORT RULES, (iii) OUR ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS, OR (iv) RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE WHERE PROHIBITED. YOU USE KAPI AT YOUR OWN RISK IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, fine, penalty, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this section or applicable sanctions/export laws.

Acceptable use & AI

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to break rate limits, or interfere with the service.

AI results may be inaccurate; always verify amounts and categories before saving.

You grant us permission to process content you submit to AI features solely to provide those features.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or lawful use in your location.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of Kash—including where access was unauthorized or contrary to these terms.

You agree to indemnify us against claims caused by your misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or violation of sanctions, export-control, or other applicable laws.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Kash, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
